TCMHS Promotional Leaders will be performing on the street on Saturday, November 21 and Sunday, November 17.

TCMHS Promotion Leaders was formed in October 2022 by students studying at Tokyo College of Music High School (abbreviated TCMHS) in Ikebukuro, Toshima-ku, Tokyo, and has been working to convey the appeal of TCMHS to people around the world.
They have been active in a wide range of activities, such as hosting "Dominant," a participatory event using the school's facilities, and participating in an event called "Crosstalk at the University of Tokyo Institute of Advanced Study.
This year, with the addition of 16 new members, we expect to see even more creativity in our activities.

Toshima Music Circle is a public-private partnership project to create a lively town under the theme of "community development through music," and was launched in fiscal year 2022. The event, which features songs and rhythms echoing through various facilities, parks, and streets in Toshima City, has been attracting a great deal of attention.
For the third time, the TCMHS Promotion Leaders are now preparing for the event as evangelists of the music culture and creative artists to provide the best entertainment.
